8. All sales are only final with the execution of a sales contract in writing

There is a considerable degree of risk involved in the liquidation and overstock sales business. You should not purchase our merchandise unless you feel comfortable that you understand and accept the degree of risk involved.

If you so desire, we will arrange a visit for you to the location where the merchandise is staged for shipping for your inspection.

In no event, shall Online Liquidation be liable for injury or damage to business, profits, revenues, or goodwill or for any special, consequential, or incidental damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, breach of contract, repudiation of contract, termination, negligence, or otherwise, even if it shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PURCHASE OF SALVAGE MERCHANDISE

We do not make any express or implied warranties with respect to salvage products. Our salvage merchandise may be damaged, defective, broken, and in some cases, missing components or subcomponents. However, our existing customers find value in this type of merchandise by auctioning products "as is" or having qualified technicians combine multiple units to make one complete unit.
